The pizza was quite stodgy, even a little rubbery in texture, nowhere near as nice as the Italian-style one I ordered before, which was light and fresh with flowered dough.

My order was over a hour late I had to call the restaurant twice before I received my order it’s unfortunate as I think papa Johns is by far the best pizza place

Your delivery driver turns up with one item missing telling me it would arrive within 15minutes that was 45 minutes ago. If you are out of stock why didnt he just apologise and tell me I would be refunded? Really terrible customer service.

Had 2 dips I didn't ask for and never got the dips that I asked and paid for. The driver came and rang buzzer I answered and advised him that I have a 1 year old toddler and was by myself and live on 3rd floor and he refused to bring up as said just eat will not enter blocks of flats cause of covid restrictions which all you other drivers bring it to the door step

I live in a flat, the delivery guy buzzed and through it in the communal hallway. Lucky I heard the door slam or I wouldn't have known he dumped it and ran. Cold pizza and awful service

I placed an order at 18:27 with an expected delivery at 1915. At 2000 i called Papa John’s and was told that the just-eat system crashed and our order had been lost but they would rush the order out immediately. I asked for a refund but they said they couldn’t do that. At 2100 i called repeatedly but was constantly cut off. This is not just bad but appalling service - it is now 3 hours after i ordered - just-eat have marked the order as delivered but still no food.

This was New years day most others were closed. Service was good, the pizza was probably as described but wasn't keen on the sausage and pepperoni substitute. That's my taste rather than a real issue. The vegan cheese was fine. So overall OK, but not a favourite.
