The delivery driver couldn’t find my address for 15min, called and made me send location. Which would have been fine, but then he didn’t have my drink which was included in the meal offer. Severely lacking, should have gone to domino’s. Food was cold

Food late. Not contact or updates on screen until I rang store to see what had happened. Then I immediately received a text and screen updated. Too late, as a diabetic I take insulin twenty minutes before eating. If I then don't eat it dire consequen

Quality was poor, pizza like cardboard and had only a few bits of chicken on it Collection was shocking. I got there and gave them my name so they knew I was waiting and they told me 5-10 mins. 10 mins later they asked for my name again and then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have my order. I gave them my order number and showed them my confirmation email and they still couldn’t find it. They eventually (after 20 mins of waiting) found it, so they lost my order!! Won’t be returning
