Just a nightmare - I requested a ham and pineapple pizza without the sauce base and it turns up without cheese! Call the restaurant, they ask me to collect it or give me a second pizza ‘next time’ I said no. An hour later they call me for my postcode but don’t understand me. I asked how much longer they said 25 minutes so I said don’t bother just cancel it. 25 minutes later it turns up in an Uber!
