I didn’t get my order. The driver decided to stop calling after he couldn’t understand the instructions and ignored all my calls. Restaurant refused to help. No refund yet.

I've been using Papa Johns a lot recently and I think their product is excellent. Last night I ordered my usual XXL pizza and was disappointed, the toppings were very sparse and the extra topping I paid for was not there. This is a shame and I'm hoping that this is a "one off", because of what I said at the start it wont stop me ordering again and would recommend them.

DO NOT ORDER EXTRA DIPS- this restaurant never delivers the extra dip we order. they'll just charge you. VERY frustrating.
