I am working late at my school, I ordered pizza at sometime after 8.00pm. The message said the was confirmed and debited my account. The latest delivery time was 9.45, I gave my mobile number as the delivery was for St Mary's RC Junior School on Sydenham Road. Since 9.20, I have been going to the front door and the gate, I have tried phoning Papa John's in Addiscombe, It either rings until it's cut off, or it goes to the engaged tone. I am unable to contact Just Eat as the only option I have is 'Ring the restaurant'! WHY can't I speak to someone? YOU have had £40.77 of my money! I am diabetic and hungry!!!!

Really disappointing and had the deliver driver on the phone asking where I live in spite of it being clear where the address was. It was a pathetic state off affairs and the food was cold. Absolutely useless.

I ordered for giant choc chip cookie and they exchanged it with giant double choc brownie which my kids don’t like. this happens to me for second time. I am disappointed by this n not gonna order again

I ordered extra cheese, of which there was almost none, I think there may been pepperoni, but so few I couldn’t find the. So many black olives they were falling everywhere and made the overall flavour of the pizza bitter. While the base was excellent and flavourful it didn’t make up for the substandard pizza. A huge disappointment for a ~£30 treat!

I paid for Black Olive toppings but my pizza arrived cold and without any black olive toppings. No answer from the restaurant when I called. Poor customer service.
