The delivery was late. When the pizza arrived they had missed off my favourite bit of the pizza and replaced it with something else, which was nowhere near as nice. I wrote to complain to the address provided and so far have received a - we have not forgotten you and will reply soon. Normally I love Papa John’s but this time it was spoilt.

Ordered at 17:40 with a delivery time of 45-60 mins. Didn't arrive until 7 pm and upon contacting, the restaurant couldn't even tell what time it would arrive and said it's just eats time prediction is wrong and finally food arrived at 19-22 !

App updated to say delivered when I contacted the restaurant was told would be another 45mins. Restaurant is clearly logging false delivery time for targets. Individual on the phone hung up on me when I tried to share this. Told me to take it up with head office. Appalling!
