Delivery driver rung the doorbell. I answered the door and he was extremely rude telling me i should actually look at my phone which i had on since ordering and then rudely told me he was waiting for me for 10 minutes, abruptly shoved our order at me and walked off. I made sure i kept up to date on the app and received nothing about the order even being on the way let alone being outside so am extremely disappointed and upset about how l this order ended up being delivered

Never got my food and when I asked for a refund you guys turned me down awful way to waste £15 never using this app again as it’s a continuous problem that drivers can’t contact me etc causing me to spend more to get some food so unhelpful
