Delivery was really late - no text/ call to say why and when food arrived it was delivered by motorbike with nothing to keep it warm and the pizza was stone cold

Horrendous service took my money never delivered any food whatsoever!! Not had a text or an email shockingly bad I cannot believe they’ve taken the money told me they’re making my order told me it’s out for delivery and nothing! Just worked a hard shift and got £50 worth of air to eat.
