Food didn't arrive. Restaurant said it did. When I was told this by just eat i was advised to call the restaurant. The phone wasn't answered and rang through until it cancelled itself three times. I asked for a phone call when the food arrived at the hotel I'm staying at. I did not receive the phone call. As soon as I made the request for the update, the status went from order approved to delivered without going through the out for delivery option. I've checked with the hotel and no deliveries have been made by papa johns since my order was placed. The restaurant strait up lied when it said the order had been delivered and was completely uncontactable from this point on.

Horrendous customer service, not only have I ordered from this one multiple times, and every since time I need to ring the restaurant about 10 times (it’s sad that I’m not exaggerating when I say that) but when they answer they always say the orders being prepared. Had it once where I called them 3 times and they said it was being prepared every time. And not only once but TWICE it has happened where I order a pizza and it never arrives. Absolutely terrible workers. They should replace the people with people who are willing to work.
