Pizza just dumped on the door step. I'm too old to go bending down to pick up a delivery because the driver can't be bothered to do his job properly. On top of this we got charged a service fee - what service?

Driver said sat outside my house and rang me but they weren't then had call from papa's to ask if in I said we'll yes then she turned up 10 mins later arguing that she was at my house ringing me when obviously she was not pizza was stone cold not happy has been brilliant service up till today

I mean....what is going on? There used to be perfect service but now? I have ordered a pizza and got the estimated time for delivery at 18:45. At 18:45 there was still just thumbs up so I rang the papa johns to ask whatnis going on. I have been told that they did not see my order and the staff there tried to persue me that I have placed an "order before future order".....I do not even know what does it mean......who know at least a little bit how Just eat works they know that the restaurant have to press accept on terminal for the customer to be charged......well they did but the staff there would carry on with his stupid version. Than he said he will send it ASAP and completed my order on app.....like really? Just to get yourself covered to not get late delivery? And bes

Didn't arrive. No text updates available. Called restaurant and told it was on its way. Rang again 20.mins later told they'd only just received the order and it's was now ready and on its way. Then had a notification was delivered yet nothing turned up. Disgraceful.
