I had to ring to see where my order was after over 25mins late at the latest time given, when I rang the store to see where it was the guy who answered the phone just disapeared for 5 minutes and left me hanging on the phone. Then when he came on the call he said it was on its way, while I had to wait another 20 minutes and when the delivery girl arrived she wanted me to go to her car to get the pizza! I am totally disgusted and will be ringing your head office tomorrow and complaining.

This Papa Johns is so stingy with the toppings! I does no good to order additional toppings, they will just give you less of another of your other toppings.

Food was late, and when it did arrive was literally dripping grease from the box it was so heavily laden with it. It was also very soggy, both from the grease and the moisture/ condensation. Very disappointed with my order.

I am still waiting for my order - 40 minutes after the due time, but it is showing as delivered. I have no food, and the shop is closed. Please refund the amount and pay compensation. Thank you.
