Food was OK, not that hot but that was the fault of the driver, called to say he was there could I come outside, he was a 3 min walk from me, yes I’m in a hotel in a pedestrian area but he could get closer and did after I had to call the restaurant.

The pizza and the bites were super cold, I’m in a hotel, so no way to put in a microwave, two hours to arrive.

Can I just say that my food never even came but there’s no option for that. I was stood outside the hotel for an hour after Getting the notification that my food is on its way. Then a notification saying that my food has been delivered but no delivery driver even approached. Very very poor service.. oh wait .. NO SERVICE !!!!!

I didn’t even receive my food while the app told me to “enjoy the food”. Besides, nobody is answering the phone when I call the restaurant. Very bad service, will not order here anymore.

Food arrived 1 hour and a half after ordering. Unhelpful staff on the phone, put us through on hold for ages with no answer.
