Food took 2 hours to arrive as the driver went to the complete wrong address. Food was freezing cold and the staff were extremely rude on the phone to my pregnant girlfriend. I would like a FULL refund as the food and service was absolutely shocking

Excellent! Somehow the app added wrong address and postcode and completely confused driver. Driver was helpful and understanding and brought food to correct address.
