Absolute disgusting! Food was dry and burnt all went in the bin! Can't believe I had to wait an hour to receive this rubbish AVOID!!!!

Very disappointing experience. Won’t be using them again. It was late it was wrong it is cold. The delivery driver did my head in, when I rang to see how long it’s going to be I Was close to driving down there I was fuming Pizza Hut next time

The food was poor the Portia cheese tots had not even half a portion and the cheese was burnt

Food Looked to have been ready for more than an hour, this is the 4th & last time this will happen. The Pizza was Literally Cold, Shocking Food, Shocking Service, Shocking Delivery. This is not a reflection on other Papa Johns as the others I have had in other parts of the Country are just perfect, this Franchise is beyond hope unless they turn things around. Dominos Pizza’s are always Hot when they arrive (They are located around the corner from this franchise, Further away).

The food wasn’t the hottest, it was good! Really good, just wasn’t fresh. I would expect better from a well branded pizza chain so that kinda sucks :(

Cold. Greasy. Inedible. I threw it away, it was disgusting, a waste of £16 please don't waste your time and money. When it arrives (very late and stone cold) you'll do the same as i did - throwing it in the bin

My order was wrong , clearly didnt read the notes!! Also it was a small pizza with hardly no toppings !!!!! For the wopping price of £23 😯😯😯😯😯😯 extremely disappointed 😞

Being a regular customer, surprisingly ended up with the wrong pizza, normally never any issues but this time not a great show from papa johns

Terrible, was waiting just over two hours. Rang the restaurant just over an hour as it said the food was out for delivery. The member of staff at the restaurant was as clueless as me as to where my order had gone!
