The new set up of the app changed my address sending my food somewhere else. Thankfully the restaurant staff were able to redo the order and get it to me within 30 minutes

Food was cold the pizzas had more cheese on then anything else were ment to be toppings on them what a waste if our money definatley wont use papa johns again next time dominos all the way

Food was room temp warm. Dry pizzas Awful garlic dip, and they didn't send the 2 of the dips we ordered Late by 45 mins, Was still 30 mins after we got a text saying someone was on their way. Very poor pizza, go somewhere else for it.

Really disappointed. The pizza and both the sides were barely warm. The garlic dip was off but I think it was because it had been with the side since hot. Just left feeling blaaaah.

Never even arrived, they accepted the order and closed the store as soon as it was accepted, even though it was within their opening times, had to go without dinner due to this.

Shame about the delivery, the pizza was lovely and hot when arrived but it took roughly 1 hour 35 minutes from ordering to arrival and we don't live that far.
