Got a phone call saying the driver was on his way and confirmed location of drop off. Waited an hour and the driver didn’t show, then he stopped answering the phone on the number he called us on and the store also ignored the phone and eventually turned it off. Absolutely shocking service. Was the first time using papa John’s and I will never order again.

Very disappointed as pizza was ordered for my partner who was arriving from work at 15.00 and despite the estimated delivery time stating between 14.45-15.00 it arrived circa 14.25. Therefore, her pizza was left cold for more than half an hour and when required to reheat it this affected the pizza’s quality.
