Missing 3 dips of an order, added extra peperoni to XXL pizza got only 5 slices on whole pizza and it costed me 1.60 extra. For 30 quid pizza im disappointed Never ordering again

The sides were good but the quality of the pizza was average and the size of the pizza, along with the quantity of toppings was really disappointing. The value for money with Papa John’s is not great compared to pizza company’s which is really disappointing.

Very happy with the service, food was excellent and the delivery came abit earlier so we were all really happy as we were starving lol. Highly recommend papa johns and will definitely order from them again!

I have not received the pizza I ordered !! I ordered a delivery between 15.25-15.45 so that the kids would eat right after school and I didn't get it !! I was sending a message and someone was supposed to write back within 5 minutes and nobody answered. Later we left home with the children for a weekend and now I have time to write what happened. I have photos taken that at 3.45 pm there was still no pizza and you told me to wait. On Friday I waited until 4:20 pm and had to leave the house. It was very unpleasant! Please can I have my money back. Thank you Anna Galan
