Food was delicious but after had been waiting for food over an hour and it was due for getting delivered, delivery driver turned up with the wrong order and therefore had to wait another 55 minutes for our food to finally get to us🙁...

Pre-Ordered for delivery, order accepted then after noticing the order was late by 30 mins, I find the order cancelled with no explanation, I feel like an order over £50 deserves a phone call or message as to why it was cancelled. When you pay a ridiculous premium for bread and cheese I expect at least decent customer service. I’m left with no food and at least another hour wait for a pizza from dominoes, will not be using them again.

The pizza was lovely, particularly the juicy pieces of tomato. As it was snowing I was more understanding of it being late and the delivery lady was very apologetic.

No potato skins delivered, no extra pineapple topping as requested & paid for. Food was okay, fine although not as good as Dominos but service/ability to follow an order was v disappointing.

Delivery guy was superb! Was disappointed in the two pizza I ordered for £34! I am great believer in you get what you pay for and our takeaway tonight, wasn’t the case.

The pizza was stone cold and lacked pepperoni and the garlic bread was dry as sticks. Also the garlic sauce has solidified in the pot and was bright yellow and smelt disgusting. It was clearly off.
