Food came quick but all the topping were slid onto one side of the pizza assuming it hadn’t been handled well before being delivered snd forgot the extra sauce we paid for

I rang them after an hour to find out where it was. They told me another 10 to 15 minutes. The pizza place is only 10 minutes from me! When I received it, it was nearly cold and did not taste nice at all. The vegan cheese and jackfruit slices were undercooked.

Phoned the restaurant to get help. Refused to talk to me as I placed the order from just eat. Will never use just eat or Papa Johns again for the poor service and having to wait far to long to not even have any help for why my order has taken so long! Shocking company shocking service
