The restaurant did not check the just eat orders so my order was not picked up, I called when my order hadn't arrived by the time given. They had to start my order, so my order arrived 2hrs later from the time I placed the order. Not happy at all,especially when I spent £65 on pizzas

I had to wait for over two hours for my food it came stale and cold when it arrived and had been shaken around in the box and was all over the place it was rather disgusting and probably this was the worst service I have ever received in food delivery every time I spoke to some one at the restaurant they kept telling me 15 minutes until it was two hours. later.

I cannot believe i paid £31.88 for 2 pizzas too which papa john is supposed to be the ultimate pizza they were dry with an 1nch crust on with hardly anything on and i paid for extra cheese ... really disappointed and i am sorry for negative comments truly Pamela

Love Papa Johns pizza, was really happy when I discovered one local, however was disappointed that the a pizza was late. I had to call to find out what had happened only to find that they had a system issue and the order had not even been prepared.
