Ordered this at 7pm for arrival at 8:20. Called them at 8:35 and initially told they hadn’t received the order and I was told I probably ordered from the wrong branch. When I insisted that I hadn’t, eventually found order and told me the pizza was in the oven and would be delivered by 9pm. I called again at 9:15 repeatedly and no one picked up the phone. Eventually received delivery at 9:25 and it was cold

My food has never been delivered and when I've called the restaurant they said i gave them the wrong address, now ive placed 2 orders from 2 different places, one arrived and one did not. Basically the manager rather than admit was a driver mistake or his for misreading my address said i was lying, he also tried to say that the driver called my phone twice, when clearly he didn't. First and last time i will order from here.
