The 1st time we ordered collection. Got there and they didn’t have our order, we then got a notification 1.5 hours later to say our pizza was ready to collect and we were missing an item, we then ordered 2nd time and they extended delivery and then were 10 mins late, this time, extended delivery time and then turned up 20 mins. Food is good but long wait for a pizza

The bacon on the pizza tasted a little old, like days old today pork, not bacon and the next day was spent on the loo. Also, the 'special garlic dip' is scary bad. It is literally just partly thickened canola oil with stuff added, some of it is allegedly garlic, but it tasted like the cheapest nastiest bargain basement margarine before standards were required for edibility. I tasted no garlic. This was the first time I've ever ordered from a pappa johns and I never will again.

Although somebody in the store accepted the Just Eat order, it hadn’t been put into their own system. Because of this, my food wasn’t cooked and it took nearly 30 minutes for them to do it.
