Ordered a mango milk tea and a Papaw milk tea both with mango popping pearls. Delivery was a little late (10 minutes) but that was okay considering the distance. The packaging was top quality and was a pleasant surprise even to the delivery driver. The drinks were great enough for my dad to personally give it a 10/10 even though he usually hates milk tea. Also the one negative review so far on this app seems sus as the cups were filled and melting ice lowering that to half level defies physics.

Over an hour late, drinks came half empty as all the ice had melted. The man on the phone was extremely rude told us the order was cancelled yet arrived an hour late.

Hi, Simra. We extremly sorry about our mistake. And that day we made the drinks on time and the app show that driver will arrive on time to take it as well. And we try to call you to cancled it to aviod the bad consume experience， because we cant cancle it by ourselves in the app. But after one hour we already closed, the drive arrive to take it. Many sorry again, please apply refund in this order and thanks for your trust and support. Hope can offer better services for you in the future. I behalf my staff appologize to you and we will strengthen management and training to aviod this issue happen again. Thanks for your inspection and viewed to help us know our mistake the weekness, wish you all the best. And we hope you give us one more chance to provide better dinks and services for you in the furture.
