no scraps and no salt and vinegar fish fell out of it's batter

Hi Teresa, just checked and you are correct on the salt and vinegar + scraps part, very sorry for that and we can offer you a refund for that. As for the fish, please be aware when they are delivered, especially if you live a distance from the shop, the fish can tend to taste as if it has been sat for a while, hence why it may fall out of the batter. If you would like otherwise, I would kindly suggest coming to the shop for the freshest possible where the fish and batter aren’t an issue! :)

Hi Robert, First I’d like to understand why you’ve left a bad review as we appreciate feedback. Secondly, you seem to order every week yet leave a bad review every month or so which I find baffling. We are a small business and by not giving us honest feedback and just a bad review - yet you still seem to come back the week after. If you don’t like it, I suggest you go somewhere else.
