missing an item but were so helpful and pleasent on the phone ordered from here a few times and never had a problem food lovely and presented well

wasn't worth what was paid. Firstly part of the meal didn't arrive(bacon sausage bagel) which has meant we have had to organise something else for the baby, whichbhas defeated the object of us ordering when we are trying to make the morning simpler. Also the Hash browns were Soggy? the toast was wet and the twix was a melted mess as has been packed with the hot drinks. don't normally write reviews but this was such a poor experience, no choice!

waited forever for cold soggy food 12 pounds for bad quality food what a rip off, the sausages where hard, and for some reason i had to share my bean as they need to save money and pack it both orders of beans together what a joke man just save you money

Waiting time is because of Justeat drivers not from our end. Beans pot are big enough sizes its a portion for 2. We dont mind sending 2 separately but for save plastic use for environment its same portions but put in together. Apologies for your experience
