on app said food had arrived, phoned restaurant they said was going 2 b another 10 mins but still no food

When the driver delivered the food he had a cigarette in his mouth. So was smoking in the car with the food and back seat. He also had cigarette in his mouth when he delivered to door. The food went straight in the bin!
