Quality really gone down not fresh at all, this is the 3rd time I thought I would give it one more chance but each time worse definitely won’t buy from there again I’m gutted they use to do beautiful cakes

Order was never delivered. The driver insisted someone came to him and then never waited.

I now have to take these to my mother, I hope they've been kept cool enough over the extra half hour they were with the delivery driver. A puncture is unfortunate, but it doesn't make it okay

I’ve had cakes from different patisserie Valerie’s over the years, the cakes wasn’t fresh at all specially carrot cake and the strawberry cake, the one with custard tasted very very salty, was so looking forward to the cakes:-(((

Croissant are really good but I didnt like the French macaron...delivery was absurd..expect to wait really long time..even more than 1 hour..
