I orderd it came cold and soggy i was looking forward for the food because i was hungry and it just ruined my day. First the Chips came cold uncooked and really soggy . snd the food came really bad i was really looking forward to this meal but it has came out really bad

Firstly, i placed the order in the afternoon for it to be delivered by 6.45pm. The delivery driver mentioned that he waited at the restaurant for half an hour before they handed him the food. We got the food at 7.15pm. Secondly, the Rice boxes were labelled incorrectly as ‘Hot’ and ‘Mild’ which made the person eating them upset. The Mild one was hotter than the Hot one. The order was also missing a dip. The wrap was below average with just chicken and lettuce with some sauce.
