Was a regular customer but stopped ordering last year, as their in store and online customer service and standard of food dropped dramatically. However today, the food was delivered quickly, was hot, freshly made and very very tasty! Quality has definitely been improved (maybe they realised!). Food portions still aren't huge despite menu being pricey. New items available on menu, everything was well packaged - hot drinks weren't spilt at all. Nice to see. Will defo order again some time

The tuna salad baguette was really nice and the cheese and onion pasty was nice and warm. The hot chocolate was nice and warm. Thanks . The food was delivered early which I am happy about . I will order from here again soon.
