Saturday 05 October 2024I ordered food at 5pm to be delivered at 7.30pm. It arrived 30 mins late and the kids chips and a can of coke were missing. Tried calling the restaurant three times and kept getting cut off. The food was nice but I won’t be ordering from this place again.

Hi Mark,
Sorry to hear that your food delivery was late. It was very busy both for us and the delivery drivers and this has caused the delay of your food to arrive on time. We are going to address this common issue with having our own dedicated drivers soon.
Regarding the kids meals. Both the burger and the chips came in the same box so if the burgers arrived, the chips should be there too as they're not packed separately for kids meals. Unsure, if this was your expectancy or not. Also, sorry if a drink has been missed of the order. That's unfortunate and I apologise for that. A replacement drink will be offered to you.
As eluded to above, we were busy serving customers in store as well as online orders as fast as we can therefore opted not to answer the phone during the busy hours when you called.
Sorry again and we will do our best to rectify this.

Sorry to hear that your food wasn't hot when it reached you.
Your order was placed at 18:57, and was made ready by us at 19:28 all freshly made and pipping hot when handed to the delivery driver.
Breading and marinating the chicken is done in a standard way. So the salt leaves are the same on all the orders. Salt isn't added separately. Appreciate you felt it was salty, but we have to cater for the taste of the majority of customers.
