The fish was the worst I've ever had, it was clearly a reheat from five days ago, how you can even sell that to anyone is frankly shocking. Even the cat refused to eat it.

On Hogmanay I understand things can run late but give realistic timelines. Food was cold. Chips were anemic looking and flavourless. Pizza was heavy with dough and dreadful. I appreciate the effort of being open on New Year’s Eve but this order was a disgrace. That coupled with it being over 2 hours for delivery is awful.

Order was nearly 2 and a half hours late. When received it was freezing cold and the chips looked anemic. My face is bigger than the pizza and the Donner meat was scraps. Joke. Not ordering again
