very warn and friendly atmosphere, first time collecting as we normally get delivered. A blessing however as I was unaware that this was an actual authentic Italian restaurant. we will definitely be booking a table. Food is very high quality and atmosphere/ staff/chef very welcoming.

Chips cold and soggy. Pizza wasn't even cut. 6 pieces of pineapple on the pizza.

We have served the chips hot and don’t know how they would be soggy, we don’t cut the pizza unless you ask, we think we put the right adequate amount of pineapple on the pizza.

Hungry but in a hurry? Don’t worry, you can now place an order for collection at Piazza Latina Restaurant, located on 592/596 Durham Road, Gateshead. The beauty of collection is that you can collect your meal at a time to suit you, instead of relying on the delivery driver. The concept is exactly the same, browse the menu, fill your basket and decide how to pay, and then let the Caveman inside you go and gather . . . . just beware of any stray Dinosaurs!
