Spoke to restaurant who confirmed it was collected over 30mins ago but not delivered despite us living 5 minutes away from restaurant. Driver must have driven round with it for 35 minutes

Worst “Italian” food I’ve ever had… high hopes and expectations but the food was awful.. Garlic Bread dry and tasteless Infact the whole order lacked flavour in general.

A couple of the dishes were not as I would have expected. The risotto was very flavourless, and the vegetarian lasagna was not great (it would also help to list the ingredients as it contains aubergine and without the ingredients being listed someone with allergies would not be able to avoid it). Given the prices I would have expected much better quality.

Never arrived! Phoned to be spoken to like a 13 year old. Said it’s not coming and it just eats fault! A £50 date night meal that never arrived and they put the phone down on me continuously! Then answered saying it’s not our problem! So upset had to order from another place at 10pm. Not the way to deal with customers. Very sad about this! I’ve been to the restaurant at leat 5 times: did not expect this ordering online. Never again!
