Order arrived much later than usual. Delivery instructions not followed for the burger. The fries were very cold and it was obvious that they were not freshly cooked for my order.

No driver came from you guys so pickle had to send one of their own after I called them. Sort it out. This happens to often, do drivers just get to say it’s been delivered without proof?
