Food was over an hour late and turned up cold. I added crispy shallots to the top of it for an extra £1.50 with country cheddar I personally didn’t get any cheddar in it and the crispy shallots were basically dried onion skin not actual onions. The mashed potato and the peas were if they were warm spectacular I think I found two mushrooms small pieces of mushrooms in the whole pie overall poor experience.

The app never updated until it said it had been delivered at around 7.10pm despite never arriving. This randomly updated gone 8pm. I rang the restaurant at 7.35 to ask what was going on and they said they were busy but it was being prepared so it’s impossible for it to have been delivered at 7.10 like Just Eat claim it to have been. Not impressed one bit and would like a refund.

Love this place but really disappointed this time. Beef was too tough to chew and I got beans instead on peas.

ordered holy cow, got chicken and mushroom, was meant to have mustard mash, had cheesy mash. called the restautant as husband can't eat chicken...basically got fobbed off, was told to re order through just eat and leave my email and phone number for refund....so pay twice for delivery and service charge and wait another hour?? won't use again which is a shame as the food (when correct) is good but the service and portion size is not....

Lovely food, the pie was amazing, cheesy mash was so so good, even the peas were good!!! The restaurant did forget the onion gravy but I haven't marked them down for it as the food and service from them was brilliant!!! They even rang up to check we had realised we had ordered cheesy mash with a vegan pie (we did not). Will definitely use again!!! very filling and very tasty
