Hi, I’m still waiting to be refunded for a cancelled order. I placed an order and realized it was for pick up not delivery, canceled immediately and reordered for delivery. It’s been 8 days now and I still haven’t received my refund.

as soon as I opened the bag I was greeted by nothing but grease to the point the bag was is shreds and the chicken barely has meat on the bone and is way over cooked I'm not happy at all

we ordered as near as possible, delivery was supposed to be for 21.25 turning up at 21.55 had to ring to find out where the delivery was, driver turned up he was abrupt going to take our delivery back.we have never had any issues before,driver was going to take the food away. we had to put it in microwave has it was going cold, food was warm not to standard requirements.feel let down with the whole service.
