Monday 19 August 2024thin crust with a nice char and a bit of chewiness, which I loved. The tomato sauce was fresh and tangy, though it could have used a bit more seasoning. The mozzarella was melted to perfection, but it could have had a bit more coverage on the pizza. The toppings were fresh and flavorful, especially the basil, which added a nice aromatic touch. Overall, it was a delicious pizza with a great balance of flavors, though a touch more seasoning in the sauce would have made it exceptional.
