Wednesday 25 December 2024I had an extremely disappointing experience with this restaurant on Christmas Day. I ordered chicken nuggets for my daughter at around 3pm, scheduled for delivery at 3:30pm. However, the order was taken to the wrong address due to their negligence. When I called to resolve the issue, the person who answered was shockingly rude and dismissive.
Instead of offering any help, he outright told me there was nothing he could do. After I insisted on knowing the status of my order, he finally admitted it had been returned to them because of their own mistake. Despite this, he refused to take any responsibility or offer a solution, maintaining an unprofessional and rude attitude throughout the call.
This kind of service is completely unacceptable. I will never order from this restaurant again and cannot recommend it to anyone seeking good service. If you value professionalism and customer care, avoid this place.

Thursday 19 December 2024Pizza was tasteless and the toppings was not right. Requested prawns on one of the pizza was missing and had chicken instead and other was meant have chicken had none on it. Chips were soggy . Basically horrible ,horrible. Would not come here again. My girlfriend hardly touched any of it. Delivery driver was careless. Terrible service

Sunday 01 December 2024Order is very late. Still hasn't arrived. Phoned the restaurant and they said 10mins and that was 25mins ago. Second time I called they said they were calling the driver and to call back. 3rd time they didn't answer. Ordered at 8.20pm and it's now 21.55! 🤦🏼♀️it finally arrived and was cold and chewy and tasteless. Waste of money.
