We only deliver to the reception we do not deliver to the shop or the club house or the caravans, it is only the reception, you must make sure you have the correct contact details linked to your account, if you are unsure leave you phone number in the comments section it is your responsibility to make sure we can contact you, the driver will contact you when they are between 5-10 minutes away from the reception, when the driver gets to the reception and you are not there they will wait only 5 minutes after these 5 minutes your order will be left at reception on the deck chair, once the order is left there we have done our side and will not redo or refund the order, any threats to the shop staff will be reported to the crimdon management and you may be removed from the site as we work extremely close with them.
