Now food were delivered. Driver called for directions but ended up 10 miles from her. Piccolos called and wanted £5 extra.

absolutely shocking service from this restaurant. estimated delivery time was completely incorrect and we waiting over 1.5 hours for our food which turned up cold. during that time no one picked up the phone. and to top it all off the restaurant thought a £3 refund was sufficient on a £50 order. never again!

The food was delivered over one hour and a half after our order and 30/50 minutes after initial estimated delivery. I understand that it gets busy on a Friday but then stop accepting orders if unable to deliver on time. Quality of food was good.
