We are non-conformist artisans who make unforgettable sourdough pizza. Our pasta is also made fresh in our kitchens every day, with the finest Italian ingredients.. We’ve ripped up the rule book by taking the best bits from Neapolitan pizza, using the finest Italian ingredients and methods and introducing them to our sourdough starter, sourced from the famous Boudin Bakery in San Francisco (renowned for making the best sourdough on the planet). Handmade in-house and double fermented for a minimum of 48hrs to generate maximum flavour.
