Freezing cold like it was driven with nothing keeping it warm. Dry and rock hard but I’m guessing that’s because it was so cold

Food was ordered 17.42pm. Did not arrive til 19.18pm. Delivery time on the app kept moving later. The food was soggy when it arrived. Not the usual experience from Just Eat.
