When food arrived it was all cold, called Pizza Express Ruislip to complain and they said they could re do the order but I would have to collect! What an absolute joke and unacceptable, they then just said to complain to Just Eats! I have paid over £25 for food that is cold on arrival and I’m only offered a refund of £7 - how is that right?? Would not recommend Pizza Express Ruislip for home delivery.

Called the restaurant at the point that my food had not arrived after an hour and a half and they told me the driver had left. My pizza was absolutely stone cold like it had just come out of the fridge, my side order was spilling out of it's container and looked like a sloppy mess plus it was also stone cold. Paid just over £18 for my cold, spoilt food and JustEat could only offer me back £4 account credit to, "make things right"! I'm so disappointed and will not being using JustEat again.
