food was freezing when it arrived and we have been offered a £5.39 refund. this is just not acceptable. don't use this app or company, they just take ypu money and don't seem to care.

Terrible collection - meant to be ready in 10mins, arrived at that time and then it wasn’t ready for another 30mins. Food was fine, but ruined by the experience.
