30 mins late is appalling. Isnt that the whole idea of fast food? Ordered over an hour ago and requested a 1.30 del. And they confirmed for 1.40..that's fine. But I call at 2 asking where the order is and now they say another 10 mins. This is bad service and a real disappointment. You need to plan your route taking into consideration traffic. Traffic doesnt delay you half an hour from a local shop to a nearby house. What annoys me is that they dont keep you in the loop. At least have the decency to keep me upto date.by not doing so shows you couldn't care less when they get their food. Sort your customer service out.i could have made my own food in that time. Really kills the appetite, a late delivery makes the food taste rubbish.

Ordered food from here and the delivery man rang to say he was outside. I then had to ring him back due to no one being outside to find out his was in the wrong area all along. He said he’d be about 20 minutes to get mine but was more like 30 minutes. Food was all cold and rubbery. Complained and got a rubbish reply will not be using this place again.

Took over an hr and half to be delivered from ordering, took 30 mins for them to ring and confirm the address and was told it would be with us within half an hr but took over an hr to show up after that phone call, rang up to see we’re it was and was just told it was on the way staff were rude Won’t be ordering again
