The food was cold both the pizza and chips, the Pizza was burnt making it hard to eat. i want a full refund or i am closing my account

Monday 06 January 2025I ordered at 1pm predicted delivery at 2pm which was fine then didn't deliver until just before 3pm and was cold. It wasn't a big order just 2 pizza.

Pizza Hut Delivery is the home of the pan pizza, original stuffed crust and fun-sharing cheesy bites pizza! With a wide range of pizzas, sides and desserts available for delivery or collection, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
Vegetarian Ingredients may be produced in a factory that handles nuts. Meat products may contain bones. Pepperoni contains beef & pork. Ham is formed from cuts of pork leg. Spicy pork is reformed from cuts of pork with soya protein. Seasoned minced beef with added soya protein. Crispy bacon is smoke flavoured bacon. Our tuna is caught using pole & line. We do handle wheatflour.
