Tuesday 17 December 2024The order has been split due to a volume, but for some reason, I never received a part. Just Eat keeps saying because I provided a code on the driver's request, they will not accept any liability for missing an order; it is very pathetic. This is the worst customer service I have seen; I will make sure to be vocal about your lack of service.

Tuesday 10 December 2024placed an order from the meal deal for 2 and a dessert and only the chicken wings arrived. The driver was very unhelpful and told me to contact just eat. Requested a refund in which can take up to 7 days. contacted pizza hut to be told my order is on the counter and the driver just picked up the chicken wings and left. Then I was told to request a refund and place another order and they'll insure I receive my order. I wish I listened to the reviews.
