This order took 2 hrs to be delivered and was freezing cold, I reported this to you straight away for a refund but I have yet to seen a refund

Took along time to travel less than half a mile and was cold when we received it. Wrong house number on couriers phone, he tried to deliver to number 18. use just eat frequently always delivered. I gave a tip as well silly me
