Food was cold missing a drink called the shop and delivery driver walked away and had the food for 40 minutes before delivering I want a refund

Food didn't arrive. Submitted a refund request but I don't get the service charge or delivery fee back and I can't directly contact the restaurant. Not happy that I have to order from somewhere else and sit here for another hour whilst food comes.

The quality of the food was far from the standards of a tasty and professional pizza. extremely thin dough as well as burnt parts of the pizza, missing ingredients and an unreasonable amount of grease.Extremely disappointed.

Pizza was stone cold and abit hard but would of left restaurant maybe ok but the weather's cold outside and restaurant was quite far noce pizza just was cold

I've had a few pizzas from Pizzaluxe this week, they have all been great, very tasty! The restaurant staff have been friendly with the pizzas always ready at collection time. No complaints at all from me.

Very tasty pizzas and garlic bread. Got the order slightly wrong but apologised. New favourite pizza takeaway. Reasonably priced.
