Our dough is made fresh on site every day using Caputo Double Zero flour and fermented for 48 hours which makes our pizza easy to digest. Your pizza will take 90 seconds to cook at 370 degrees on our Marana Forni rotating oven which is imported from Verona, Italy. We use Paola plum tomatoes and fior de latte mozzarella on all

of our pizzas. All our ingredients are either imported from Italy or locally sourced giving you the best pizza!
