We make our pizza dough everyday & let it rest for up to 48 hours before we hand stretch them to create your unique pizza at 400°C to get that real Neapolitan taste.
All of our main ingredients are imported directly from Italy with the exception of our fresh fruit and veg which is sourced locally.
Our pasta is freshly cooked as you wait and all our sauces are created in house.
Our cookie dough is also made daily and baked in our amazing fire pizza oven.
Our bubble waffles & Bennie’s 20oz shakes are not to be missed.
As a family we believe in fresh, that is why the only thing we freeze is our gelato & smoothies.
